Portrait packages for all three Granby schools shipped Thursday, Nov. 17th! The class photos will follow after Coffee Pond has completed the labeling. So they will be sent home separately! Coffee Pond wants you all to know that it is always their goal to deliver the best possible images, but occasionally, there are some CUSTOMER SERVICE issues that crop up. Coffee Pond asks parents to contact them directly – the Customer Care staff is ready to handle any and all questions.

One special note - some parents order a digital sharing file (and no prints)…in those instances, students will receive an envelope with a small notice indicating that no prints were included in their order but that their photos will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided by the parent. Again, if those parents have any questions, let them know that our Customer Care department would be happy to assist them.

The Photo Retake Days are scheduled for the following days:

December 5th - Wells Road and Kelly Lane
December 7th - Kearns Elementary School
